PetAccess is an online marketplace that allows licensed veterinarians (“Vets“) to provide veterinary telemedicine consultations to owners (“Clients“) of pets, service animals and farm and ranch animals (referred to as “Pets“). Both Vets and Clients will be referred to as “user“, “you” or “your” throughout this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes how PetAccess may collect, use and disclose your Personal Information. It applies to any Personal Information that is collected by us, whether it is collected in person, over the telephone, in writing, electronically via email messages that link to this Privacy Policy, or via your use of our website, mobile applications or social media pages (each referred to as a “Site“) on which this Privacy Policy appears.

When Clients register for an account on our Site, we collect:

When Vets subscribe to our services and post listings on our Site, we collect:

- Veterinary licence information
- Veterinary clinic information
- Business mailing address

- Business email address(es)

- Banking information for deposit of consultation fees
Consultation Audio/Video Recordings and Transcripts
When you participate in virtual veterinary care through PetAccess, whether as a Client or a Vet, you acknowledge and consent that we record audio and video and generate transcripts of consultations.
These recordings and transcripts may include Personal Information you voluntarily share and are used to:
- Generate medical records for Pets
- Verify user identities
- Ensure Pets are on-camera
- Aggregate and analyze data
- Support reporting, analytics, and service improvements
- Support teletriage, telehealth, telemedicine, and online care
By using our services, you expressly consent to such recording and transcription.
Additional Personal Information We May Collect
Customer Service
Information you provide when contacting support, including chat interactions, which may be recorded.
Marketing Communications
Contact information provided for marketing communications or email correspondence.
Payment Information
- Clients: PetAccess does not store payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy policies.
- Vets: You authorize PetAccess to share required business and transaction information with Stripe for payment processing.

Personal Information is retained only as long as necessary for legal and operational purposes. Records provided to Vets may be retained according to their professional obligations and are outside PetAccess’s control.
